All cancellations must be submitted in writing to customerrelations@worldatwork.org You may cancel for a full refund by August 20, 2021. Cancellations starting August 21 will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Your safety is our top priority and rest assured we will work with you should the need to cancel arise.
