Day three will focus on designing a pay program that is fair and competitive. You will examine the principles, design, implementation and evaluation of a base pay program.

Day Four

On the fourth day, you will learn about incentive, bonus and recognition plans and the internal and external factors that can affect variable pay plans. You will explore common business strategies and how variable pay plans can help organizations achieve their business objectives.
